Greetings!
For the information of the majority, this coming PCEM 2013 convention is also election year for a new set of PCEM Officers or Board of Directors. Filing of candidacy will start from Feb 1 until Feb 28, 2013 ONLY and the campaign period will be from March 1 – 31, 2013. Election day will be from April 14 until 12 noon of April 16, 2013. Proxy voting will be done one week BEFORE the convention for those unable to attend the convention because they will be on duty or out of the country.
ONLY Fellows in GOOD STANDING will be able to run for office and ONLY Fellows and Diplomates in GOOD STANDING will be able to vote.
