Dr. Reynante Mirano is one of the residency-trained Emergency Medicine physicians pioneers in the Philippines and currently the Chairman of the St. Luke’s Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Mirano effectively offered insights on how to manage patients who are capable of paying the ideal management and at the same time showed the ways on giving financially-challenged patients a cost-effective management without sacrificing the quality of health delivery.
